Your patients reach SpectraCorp Discount Operator Service via a toll free number. An operator will ask how the call is to be placed and how you wish to bill this call; Collect, Credit Card, Bill to a Third party or person to person. Then simply give the Operator the number you wish to call.
How do the charges compare between Major carriers?
This will shock you, but a 5 minute Interstate Collect Call using 1-800-Call ATT will cost you $12.49 plus taxes and a 11.3% federal Universal Service Charge. Not to be out done, 1-800-Collect will be $12.94 plus taxes and service charges.
How does our service Compare?
The Charges for Discount Operator Service by SpectraCorp are very simple. An Interstate Call is 0.30 cents per minute with a $2.99 connection fee. No matter what time of the day, what type of call or method of payment, the charges remain the same: 0.30 cents per minute with a $2.99 connection fee per call. (Calling within your home state may even be less)
